Time ManagementWelcome to the Time Management site of Toxic Habits.

Toxic Habits Mission

Toxic Habits is dedicated to helping you overcome the habits that are poisoning your life and replacing them with a healthy and uplifting lifestyle.

One of the foundations of a healthy life is time. You need to make sure that you use the time that you have in the most valuable way possible. Time is so precious, which makes time management one of the most valuable things you can do in your life.

I’m not here to tell you what is the most valuable use of your time (although I’ll give suggestions from time to time 8=). That is up to you to decide for yourself.

Rather, this site is dedicated to helping you make the best use of your time for you. We’ll explore ways to schedule things in your life. We’ll examine techniques and tools that can help us keep on track. We’ll find ways to improve focus and concentration so that our time is more productive. We’ll see how to leverage our time to make more good things happen in our life.

Bill (LoneWolf) Nickerson

I’ve been a work at home dad (WAHD) since 2004. I kind of fell into the position but I’ve learned to enjoy the role of caregiver as well as entrepreneur.

Having 2 children, a wife who has her own business that I help out with and other family obligations really makes a mess of my schedule. Finding ways to make the most of the time that I do have for work hasn’t been easy.

But it definitely rewarding!

I’m not an expert in time management … at least not yet! But I know that we can all learn from each other. I hope that you’ll share your story with us. Tell us what you’ve learned. What works for you and what doesn’t. What you need help with.

I’ve written Time Management for Work at Home Moms – and Dads Too! which outlines some of the techniques and tips that I’ve learned so far. If you want to see a sample of the book, go to the sales page. If you leave without buying the book (insert sad smiley here) then you’ll be offered the sample chapters.

I hope that we can be entertained along the way too. I like to laugh and have fun. I think it makes learning easier when it’s enjoyable.

Bill (LoneWolf) NickersonThanks for joining me. And make sure to sign up for the newsletter (over in the right sidebar –>). It will keep you up to date on what’s new here.
